I'm not quite sure what to do with my Tuesday nights, now that Buffy, the Vampire Slayer has ended. For 7 years I've either been in front of the TV watching, or at least taping it while I was elsewhere and eagerly looking forward to seeing it. Joss Whedon is a gifted storyteller, and I'll miss the show. It was always, for me, about women doing things that they had to do, and doing them extraordinarily well, even when their lives crumbled to shambles around them. The dialog was funny and crisp to the point of edgy, and the people seemed like real people, dealing with real problems in an unreal world. I'll miss it.
